وانتشرت صورة على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي لكلا من لوسي وهي ترتدي نفس الملابس الغريبة التي كان يرتديها معمر القذافي المرصعة بالنياشين والعلامات ، مما جعل البعض يقول أن لوسي أصبحت شبيه لمعمر القذافي .

وكانت لوسي قد نفت في تصريحاتها أن زوجها قرر بيع الملهي الليلي الخاص به في شارع الهرم لأحد السلفيين اعمالا بأن الملاهي الليلية تحض على الرزيلة ، وأن الحكم القادم لمصر سيكون اسلامي لا يسمح بوجود مثل هذه الظواهر على أرض اسلامية .

وقالت لوسي أن الملاهي الليلية محترمة ليس كما يتصور البعض ، خاصة وان الحلال بين والحرام بين وقالت أن الحرام هما الزني والدعارة ، وأن سعر الملاهي الليلية باهظ جداً ، ولا يمكن لأي تيار أو حزب أن يشتريه .

Blondes have more fun and maybe that's why you want to learn how to bleach hair. Another reason to get into the salon chair? Hydrogen peroxide. That's what you use to bleach your hair and it's not exactly something you should handle without care. Getting in your eyes means that you should pull a "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" and call a friend to get you to help. Swallowing the stuff is even worse.
Nothin' wrong with wanting lighter hair. Nothing at all - but the actual process can be difficult, time consuming and if Darwin was right, dangerous to some people. No matter how many how to bleach hair guides you read or how much I want to bleach my hair blonde myself, it's probably better to get into a salon chair.

Beauty pageants can be entertaining for small girls and their families. Girls get to dress up and strut their stuff. They learn poise, gain confidence and develop social skills in the milieu of beauty pageantry. These pageants also require a lot of time and effort on the part of the entire family. The hair must be perfect, the dress outstanding and these are the easy parts of getting ready for that first ultra-glitzy beauty pageant. All of this can be pretty intimidating given the caliber of the competitors the little darling will face. Keep these tips in mind before you even begin preparations.
1. Start Small
The idea of a beauty pageant is appealing to many mothers and daughters. Lot's of little girls think its fun to play dress up and prance about on a stage. Add to that the chance to wear a crown and win a trophy and the occasion becomes even more joyous. Be aware though that this kind of entertainment comes with a lot of work, usually more than anyone expected. There is an abundance of practice sessions and rehearsals involved in these high-powered pageants. Many entrants do one or two and call it quits.
Before investing real money and time in it, be sure this is something the two of you really enjoy and want to continue doing. Borrow a fancy dress or rent one and help your daughter learn a simple routine to perfection. If she enjoys herself at these pageants, you can begin to spend real money. In any case, the first pageant you enter should be all about fun, not winning. Winning comes later.
2. Bring a Friend
Especially in the beginning an extra pair of hands can be a godsend. Bring along an adult that both you and your daughter are comfortable with. This person can be the supervisor of wardrobe and supplies. Pageants attract dozens of little girls and their family members. Things can and do get lost in the chaos and having someone around to immediately replace lost (or forgotten) items can be a huge relief.
When it's time to get ready, it's all hands on deck. Makeup time is one of the most important times to have an extra set of hands. Have you ever tried putting mascara on a four year-old? You'll most certainly want someone there to keep her distracted and still. Your helper can also make a big difference during the pageant itself while you're backstage. Have your helper stand behind the judges; this will help your little girl know where to focus. If she forgets where to walk, they can also help direct her using arm motions.
3. Don't Lose Your Cool
The main reason beauty pageants have a bad reputation is the stressed out parental figures involved. An aggressive nagging parent only manages to upset and frustrate their child. Judges are onto this and can tell easily if the child doesn't really want to be there and compete. For the sake of your child, calm down, take a few deep breaths and show your daughter you are calm. She will remain as calm as you are.
Focus on the fun of the pageant. If it's your first, make sure you really talk up the fun of participating. Your daughter probably won't win the first time, and that's okay. Praise her for participating, comment on how well she walked and how pretty her smile was. Let her know how proud you are of her for competing.
If you're setting out for your first pageant, good luck! Remember that full glitz pageants are a whole new world. It's easy to get overwhelmed, so just stay calm and enjoy yourself. Help your daughter stay positive and focused. Think of the wonderful self-confidence your daughter is going to gain from doing pageants!

While watching a republican televised debate, there was a question directed to Michelle Bachmann which was extremely sexist. "Given specific passages from the bible directing women to be submissive to their husbands, if she was elected as President of the United States would she let her husband tell her what to do?" My thought immediately was "I can hardly believe this kind of question was directed to a female candidate during a televised debate." Personally I'm not sure how you answer a question like that and still be professional. Answering that kind of question on the fly could bring out the worst in us. Instead, Ms. Bachmann's response was completely professional and dignified.
While I support women's rights and equality, I would not describe myself as a hard-core women's libber by any means. At the same time, women have been in the workplace for many years now and the question remains: is it still a man's world? According to the most recent data, women now make up nearly half (46.7%) of America's workforce and hold 51.5% of management, professional and related jobs (Catalyst Research). Yet only approximately 7.6% of Fortune 500 top executives are women and only 2.6% of Fortune CEOs are women. Have we won the battle but lost the war?
With the exception of a select few, most women are not able to truly break through that "glass ceiling" in real numbers, the speculation being that companies today continue to be built around "masculine norms" and "the good old boy network", try as we might to change it. There is no question; women face much more ambiguity than men when it comes to professional career advancement, culture and the "dos and don'ts" surrounding professional networking. In some fields, particularly engineering, advancement opportunities for women continue to be challenging. We have, however, made great headway. Many organizations have come to fully recognize the real value women bring to the table. We are great at multi-tasking and are all about "just getting things done."
Given the multiple roles women manage on any given day we are bottom line focused, goal oriented and great planners. Women bring a valuable dimension to the work place. One which supports diversity, innovation, consensus and the promotion of cultures supportive of nurturing work environments. All elements which are critical to the success of any organization.
That said there are some very positive trends happening with women-run businesses which are worth noting. According to the latest statistics published by the Women's Presidents Organization, (a New York based non-profit membership organization for women entrepreneurs of private companies generating revenues of $2 million or more) female executives are leading the way in many ways. Most recent data demonstrates 100% of the 50 fastest growing women-led organizations provide health insurance, 88% provide 401K plans and 80% provide life insurance and 47% offer retirement benefits. We are certainly doing our part to take care of our social responsibilities!
The strategy toward "winning the war" may very well lie squarely on corporate America's shoulders. In support of true equality and equal opportunity, organizational commitment and corporate pursuit of initiatives focused on building cultures sensitive to women's norms will be vital. Female executives will be called upon to lead the charge in this next stage of our professional development and journey to full recognition. I believe our success in this next phase relies heavily on women's ability to negotiate terms which are mutually beneficial to men, women, and the organizations we are all working to promote!
I believe women will win the war and achieve total equality in business! While we may not have fully arrived, our journey is well underway! What do you believe? For women the pressure to provide the perfect Christmas, look perfect, be the perfect hostess, keep their pristine house whilst appearing cheerful can be exhausting. And yet, year in, year out women continue to set themselves high standards, not wanting to disappoint children, partners, family and friends.
Many women set themselves up to be superwoman. They look at their friends who may appear to be in complete control, gifts wrapped, house decorated, everything in order. This compounds the requirement to make Christmas wonderful for everyone, but the pressure often means that they end up feeling weary and resentful. Let's look at ways to ease the heavy burden.
Some thoughts:
- Plan ahead. Decide on a meal plan and prepare as much in advance as possible. Whether or not food is eaten on the assigned day is irrelevant. Having meals readily available to be served with minimal effort eases the pressure, especially if unexpected guests call. Attach the planner to the fridge door so that people can see what is available. That way others can help and tick off each dish as it is served.
- Buy some ready-made meals. Not everything has to be homemade and good quality food is readily available in many supermarkets. A simple addition of chopped herbs or a swirl of cream can make shop bought look homemade.
- Have some relaxed days. People get tired of lavish meals. Make a soup for lunch, lasagne or a hot-pot for supper. Served with crusty bread it is often a welcome change after days of rich, heavy food.
- Delegate. Some jobs can easily be passed to others. If the table isn't set exactly right, or the wrong wine glasses are used, relax. No one else is likely to notice. Appreciate the input and remember, this is a family occasion. Let everyone feel good at helping and making their contribution.
- Share with a friend. Some people agree to share the effort and expense. They alternate hosting either Christmas Day lunch or New Years Eve dinner. Or take turns to have each other's children overnight. That way the children entertain each other and parents can plan for a day or two's respite from the noise.
- Say 'no' sometimes. People may enquire to see if you want to do something, have friends round for supper, go somewhere. If you are tired or want a night off politely decline. There's no reason to feel guilty about not wanting to participate in everything. Don't forget though, that it's often the unexpected events that turn out to be the most fun. The evenings we don't expect to be good are often the best because we have no real expectations.
- Set aside some 'me' time. Send everyone out to the park, for a walk or to enjoy a game of rounders and then have a leisurely bath, listen to music, read a book. Ensure that favourite television programmes are set to record, so that they can be enjoyed when you have some free time at a later date.
- Let others help. Often guests are happy to bring a dish with them, wash up, tidy round. Let them. There is no merit in being a weary martyr.
And remember, it is often the mishaps, the times that didn't go quite to plan that people recount later with amusement and affection.

For those unfamiliar with the term, FOREX (FOReign EXchange market), refers to an international exchange market where currencies are bought and sold. The Foreign Exchange Market that we see today began in the 1970's, when free exchange rates and floating currencies were introduced. In such an environment only participants in the market determine the price of one currency against another, based upon supply and demand for that currency.

FOREX is a somewhat unique market for a number of reasons. Firstly, it is one of the few markets in which it can be said with very few qualifications that it is free of external controls and that it cannot be manipulated. It is also the largest liquid financial market, with trade reaching between 1 and 1.5 trillion US dollars a day. With this much money moving this fast, it is clear why a single investor would find it near impossible to significantly affect the price of a major currency. Furthermore, the liquidity of the market means that unlike some rarely traded stock, traders are able to open and close positions within a few seconds as there are always willing buyers and sellers.

Another somewhat unique characteristic of the FOREX money market is the variance of its participants. Investors find a number of reasons for entering the market, some as longer term hedge investors, while others utilize massive credit lines to seek large short term gains. Interestingly, unlike blue-chip stocks, which are usually most attractive only to the long term investor, the combination of rather constant but small daily fluctuations in currency prices, create an environment which attracts investors with a broad range of strategies.

How FOREX Works

Transactions in foreign currencies are not centralized on an exchange, unlike say the NYSE, and thus take place all over the world via telecommunications. Trade is open 24 hours a day from Sunday afternoon until Friday afternoon (00:00 GMT on Monday to 10:00 pm GMT on Friday). In almost every time zone around the world, there are dealers who will quote all major currencies. It is quite common practice for investors to speculate on currency prices by getting a credit line (which are available to those with capital as small as $500), and vastly increase their potential gains and losses. This is called marginal trading.

Marginal Trading

Marginal trading is simply the term used for trading with borrowed capital. It is appealing because of the fact that in FOREX investments can be made without a real money supply. This allows investors to invest much more money with fewer money transfer costs, and open bigger positions with a much smaller amount of actual capital. Thus, one can conduct relatively large transactions, very quickly and cheaply, with a small amount of initial capital. Marginal trading in an exchange market is quantified in lots. The term "lot" refers to approximately $100,000, an amount which can be obtained by putting up as little as 0.5% or $500.

EXAMPLE: You believe that signals in the market are indicating that the British Pound will go up against the US Dollar. You open 1 lot for buying the Pound with a 1% margin at the price of 1.49889 and wait for the exchange rate to climb. At some point in the future, your predictions come true and you decide to sell. You close the position at 1.5050 and earn 61 pips or about $405. Thus, on an initial capital investment of $1,000, you have made over 40% in profits. (Just as an example of how exchange rates change in the course of a day, an average daily change of the Euro (in Dollars) is about 70 to 100 pips.)

When you decide to close a position, the deposit sum that you originally made is returned to you and a calculation of your profits or losses is done. This profit or loss is then credited to your account.

Investment Strategies: Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis

The two fundamental strategies in investing in FOREX are Technical Analysis or Fundamental Analysis. Most small and medium sized investors in financial markets use Technical Analysis. This technique stems from the assumption that all information about the market and a particular currency's future fluctuations is found in the price chain. That is to say, that all factors which have an effect on the price have already been considered by the market and are thus reflected in the price. Essentially then, what this type of investor does is base his/her investments upon three fundamental suppositions. These are: that the movement of the market considers all factors, that the movement of prices is purposeful and directly tied to these events, and that history repeats itself. Someone utilizing technical analysis looks at the highest and lowest prices of a currency, the prices of opening and closing, and the volume of transactions. This investor does not try to outsmart the market, or even predict major long term trends, but simply looks at what has happened to that currency in the recent past, and predicts that the small fluctuations will generally continue just as they have before.

A Fundamental Analysis is one which analyzes the current situations in the country of the currency, including such things as its economy, its political situation, and other related rumors. By the numbers, a country's economy depends on a number of quantifiable measurements such as its Central Bank's interest rate, the national unemployment level, tax policy and the rate of inflation. An investor can also anticipate that less quantifiable occurrences, such as political unrest or transition will also have an effect on the market. Before basing all predictions on the factors alone, however, it is important to remember that investors must also keep in mind the expectations and anticipations of market participants. For just as in any stock market, the value of a currency is also based in large part on perceptions of and anticipations about that currency, not solely on its reality.

Foreign exchange ("Forex") trading is a complicated business. The foreign exchange trader must take into account (amongst other things) what may be called the "fundamental" factors of a country's economy (i.e. the qualitative factors that may have a bearing on its currency's exchange rate). So, what are these "fundamental" factors? They include political positions and developments (such as changes to a country's government's economic policy) and relevant decisions made by a country's central bank. They also include any relevant pieces of economic news affecting the country in question. The Forex trader needs to not only be aware of this information at an early stage, but to effectively "second guess" how the money markets will react to it. It would probably be unwise for traders (even those with considerable market experience) to ignore these fundamental elements and to just base their market decisions on technical analyses.

Approximately three trillion dollars is traded each day on the foreign exchange market (on those days that it is operating), making it the world's most liquid market. FX trading is vastly different to stock trading. (For example, in the Forex market, currencies are "paired" in that when one is bought, the other is sold, and vice versa.) As such, investors may find FX trading to be a useful means of diversifying their investment portfolios.

A number of factors make the Forex market unique (in addition to its liquidity, mentioned above). These include the fact that the market operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, and that traders in the market typically generate low profit margins (when compared with other markets).

The Forex market has changed quite dramatically since participation was opened up in the 1970's; now, it is not just the banks, but a range of institutions and investors (both large and small) that routinely participate in the market. If you do choose to operate in this market, you would be well advised to enroll in a reputable course to learn the nitty gritty of the complicated world of currency trading, find out about the various different ways that this could be done and to consistently apply Forex trading strategies that work.

The important factors that a Forex trader needs to consider when conducting a fundamental analysis of a country's economy include that country's GDP, employment rate, trade balance and most recent budget. Much of this information is publicly available on the Internet.

The results of a fundamental analysis could affect a trader's course of action in a number of ways. For example, a trader may use fundamental analysis to determine or predict the direction and extent to which a given country's official interest rate may change. The forex options market started as an over-the-counter (OTC) financial vehicle for large banks, financial institutions and large international corporations to hedge against foreign currency exposure. Like the forex spot market, the forex options market is considered an "interbank" market. However, with the plethora of real-time financial data and forex option trading software available to most investors through the internet, today's forex option market now includes an increasingly large number of individuals and corporations who are speculating and/or hedging foreign currency exposure via telephone or online forex trading platforms.

Forex option trading has emerged as an alternative investment vehicle for many traders and investors. As an investment tool, forex option trading provides both large and small investors with greater flexibility when determining the appropriate forex trading and hedging strategies to implement.

Most forex options trading is conducted via telephone as there are only a few forex brokers offering online forex option trading platforms.

Forex Option Defined - A forex option is a financial currency contract giving the forex option buyer the right, but not the obligation, to purchase or sell a specific forex spot contract (the underlying) at a specific price (the strike price) on or before a specific date (the expiration date). The amount the forex option buyer pays to the forex option seller for the forex option contract rights is called the forex option "premium."

The Forex Option Buyer - The buyer, or holder, of a foreign currency option has the choice to either sell the foreign currency option contract prior to expiration, or he or she can choose to hold the foreign currency options contract until expiration and exercise his or her right to take a position in the underlying spot foreign currency. The act of exercising the foreign currency option and taking the subsequent underlying position in the foreign currency spot market is known as "assignment" or being "assigned" a spot position.

The only initial financial obligation of the foreign currency option buyer is to pay the premium to the seller up front when the foreign currency option is initially purchased. Once the premium is paid, the foreign currency option holder has no other financial obligation (no margin is required) until the foreign currency option is either offset or expires.

On the expiration date, the call buyer can exercise his or her right to buy the underlying foreign currency spot position at the foreign currency option's strike price, and a put holder can exercise his or her right to sell the underlying foreign currency spot position at the foreign currency option's strike price. Most foreign currency options are not exercised by the buyer, but instead are offset in the market before expiration.

Foreign currency options expires worthless if, at the time the foreign currency option expires, the strike price is "out-of-the-money." In simplest terms, a foreign currency option is "out-of-the-money" if the underlying foreign currency spot price is lower than a foreign currency call option's strike price, or the underlying foreign currency spot price is higher than a put option's strike price. Once a foreign currency option has expired worthless, the foreign currency option contract itself expires and neither the buyer nor the seller have any further obligation to the other party.

The Forex Option Seller - The foreign currency option seller may also be called the "writer" or "grantor" of a foreign currency option contract. The seller of a foreign currency option is contractually obligated to take the opposite underlying foreign currency spot position if the buyer exercises his right. In return for the premium paid by the buyer, the seller assumes the risk of taking a possible adverse position at a later point in time in the foreign currency spot market.

Initially, the foreign currency option seller collects the premium paid by the foreign currency option buyer (the buyer's funds will immediately be transferred into the seller's foreign currency trading account). The foreign currency option seller must have the funds in his or her account to cover the initial margin requirement. If the markets move in a favorable direction for the seller, the seller will not have to post any more funds for his foreign currency options other than the initial margin requirement. However, if the markets move in an unfavorable direction for the foreign currency options seller, the seller may have to post additional funds to his or her foreign currency trading account to keep the balance in the foreign currency trading account above the maintenance margin requirement.

Just like the buyer, the foreign currency option seller has the choice to either offset (buy back) the foreign currency option contract in the options market prior to expiration, or the seller can choose to hold the foreign currency option contract until expiration. If the foreign currency options seller holds the contract until expiration, one of two scenarios will occur: (1) the seller will take the opposite underlying foreign currency spot position if the buyer exercises the option or (2) the seller will simply let the foreign currency option expire worthless (keeping the entire premium) if the strike price is out-of-the-money.

Please note that "puts" and "calls" are separate foreign currency options contracts and are NOT the opposite side of the same transaction. For every put buyer there is a put seller, and for every call buyer there is a call seller. The foreign currency options buyer pays a premium to the foreign currency options seller in every option transaction.

Plain Vanilla Forex Options - Plain vanilla options generally refer to standard put and call option contracts traded through an exchange (however, in the case of forex option trading, plain vanilla options would refer to the standard, generic forex option contracts that are traded through an over-the-counter (OTC) forex options dealer or clearinghouse). In simplest terms, vanilla forex options would be defined as the buying or selling of a standard forex call option contract or a forex put option contract.

Exotic Forex Options - To understand what makes an exotic forex option "exotic," you must first understand what makes a forex option "non-vanilla." Plain vanilla forex options have a definitive expiration structure, payout structure and payout amount. Exotic forex option contracts may have a change in one or all of the above features of a vanilla forex option. It is important to note that exotic options, since they are often tailored to a specific's investor's needs by an exotic forex options broker, are generally not very liquid, if at all.

Intrinsic & Extrinsic Value - The price of an FX option is calculated into two separate parts, the intrinsic value and the extrinsic (time) value.

The intrinsic value of an FX option is defined as the difference between the strike price and the underlying FX spot contract rate (American Style Options) or the FX forward rate (European Style Options). The intrinsic value represents the actual value of the FX option if exercised. Please note that the intrinsic value must be zero (0) or above - if an FX option has no intrinsic value, then the FX option is simply referred to as having no (or zero) intrinsic value (the intrinsic value is never represented as a negative number). An FX option with no intrinsic value is considered "out-of-the-money," an FX option having intrinsic value is considered "in-the-money," and an FX option with a strike price at, or very close to, the underlying FX spot rate is considered "at-the-money."

The extrinsic value of an FX option is commonly referred to as the "time" value and is defined as the value of an FX option beyond the intrinsic value. A number of factors contribute to the calculation of the extrinsic value including, but not limited to, the volatility of the two spot currencies involved, the time left until expiration, the riskless interest rate of both currencies, the spot price of both currencies and the strike price of the FX option. It is important to note that the extrinsic value of FX options erodes as its expiration nears. An FX option with 60 days left to expiration will be worth more than the same FX option that has only 30 days left to expiration. Because there is more time for the underlying FX spot price to possibly move in a favorable direction, FX options sellers demand (and FX options buyers are willing to pay) a larger premium for the extra amount of time.

Volatility - Volatility is considered the most important factor when pricing forex options and it measures movements in the price of the underlying. High volatility increases the probability that the forex option could expire in-the-money and increases the risk to the forex option seller who, in turn, can demand a larger premium. An increase in volatility causes an increase in the price of both call and put options.

Delta - The delta of a forex option is defined as the change in price of a forex option relative to a change in the underlying forex spot rate. A change in a forex option's delta can be influenced by a change in the underlying forex spot rate, a change in volatility, a change in the riskless interest rate of the underlying spot currencies or simply by the passage of time (nearing of the expiration date).

The delta must always be calculated in a range of zero to one (0-1.0). Generally, the delta of a deep out-of-the-money forex option will be closer to zero, the delta of an at-the-money forex option will be near .5 (the probability of exercise is near 50%) and the delta of deep in-the-money forex options will be closer to 1.0. In simplest terms, the closer a forex option's strike price is relative to the underlying spot forex rate, the higher the delta because it is more sensitive to a change in the underlying rate.

زيت نباتي ربع كوب لقلي الخضار

 يخلط الدقيق مع الملح والباكينغ باودر والزيت النباتي والزبدة وكمية كافية من الماء في خلاط الطعام للحصول على عجينة متوسطة الليونة ومتماسكة في زاوية واحدة من وعاء الخلاط.

يمكن إضافة المزيد من الماء تدريجياً إلى العجينة للحصول على القوام المطلوب.

تقسم العجينة إلى كرتين وتغلف بورق النايلون وتترك جانباً لترتاح 30 إلى 40 دقيقة.

ترق أول كرة عجين فوق سطح مرشوش بالدقيق للحصول على دائرة كبيرة سماكتها نصف سنتيمر. تقطع هذه الدائرة إلى دوائر قطرها 8 إلى 9 سم بواسطة قطاعة البسكويت الدائرية.

توضع ملعقة صغيرة من الحشوة فوق وسط كل دائرة، ثم تطوى الدائرة على شكل هلال وتختم حوافها بطريقة زخرفية.

تصف الفطائر على ورقة نايلون في صينية ثم تقلى في الزيت الساخن حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون وهشة. تقدم الفطائر ساخنة.


الحشوة

يسخن الزيت في مقلاة كبيرة وتقلى فيه أوراق الملفوف المفرومة حتى تذبل. تضاف بقية مكونات الحشوة ويتابع القلي على نار قوية جداً للحصول على مزيج خالٍ من العصارة.

ترفع المقلاة عن النار وتسكب الحشوة في مصفاة وتترك لتبرد. في حال وجود ماء، يضغط على الحشوة للتخلص من أية عصارة.


ملاحظة

يمكن إضافة لحم السرطان المفروم أو القريدس أو لحم الدجاج إلى هذه الحشوة.

 يمكن خبز الفطائر في الفرن على درجة حرارة متوسطة في صينية مغلفة بورق البارشمان المدهون بالزيت لمنع الإلتصاق.

• تسلق المعكرونة مع ملعقتي طعام من زيت الزيتون والقليل من الملح حتى تصبح شبه ناضجة.
• تصفى المعكرونة من الماء وتوضع جانباً
• تخلط القشدة مع مزيج الفطر، ثم تسخن فوق النار حتى تبدأ بالغليان.
• تخلط المعكرونة مع مزيج القشدة والفطر ثم توضع في طبق التقديم وتزين بأوراق الحبق. يرش فوقها القليل من جبنة البارميسان وتقدم ساخنة بمثابة وجبة رئيسية.

طريقة التحضير 

• تدهن رؤوس الفلفل بالزيت وتشوى في الفرن أو على الفحم حتى تنضج وتصبح طرية.
• تلف رؤوس الفلفل بكيس من الورق أو النايلون لمدة نصف ساعة، ثم تقشر بعناية وتفرم إلى قطع صغيرة جداً.
• تخلط قطع الفلفل مع الثوم، والكمون، ومعجون الفلفل، ومسحوق الفلفل الأحمر، والجوز، وزيت الزيتون والملح للحصول على نوع لذيذ وحريف من المقبلات.
• تزين السلطة بحبات الجوز والبقدونس المفروم.
• يمكن تقديم هذا الطبق على أنه سلطة أو طبق جانبي مع اللحم المشوي.

طريقة تحضير كعكة بجيلي التوت

- يُسخن الفرن لدرجة 180 درجة مئوية.
- يُدهن قالب الكعك بقليل من الزبد ويُرش بقليل من الدقيق مع التخلص من الدقيق الزائد (أويُبطن بورق زبد).
- يُخلط الزبد مع السكر في العجان الكهربائي على سرعة متوسطة ويُصبح كالكريمة.
- تُضاف حبيبات الجيلي مع الإستمرار في الخلط حتى تتداخل المكونات.
- يُضاف بيوريه التوت والبيض بالتناوب مع الإستمرار في العجن.
- تٌخلط المكونات الجافة، وتُضاف إلى الخليط مع الإستمرار في العجن.
- يُضاف الحليب مع الإستمرار في العجن حتى تتداخل المكونات.
- يُصب العجين في القالب المعد الكيك ويُساوى السطح.
- يُخبز في الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة أو حتى تمام النضج (مع مراعاة عدم فتح الفرن أثناء عملية الخبز).
- تترك الكعكة لتبرد قليلاً، ثم تقلب على شبكة معدنية لتبرد تماماً.
- يُقسم الكيك عرضياً بواسطة سكين حاد إلى 3 طبقات متساوية في الإرتفاع.
- تُوضع الطبقة الأولى في طبق التقديم، ثم تُوضع طبقة من الكريمة ويُساوي السطح.
- تُوضع طبقة من جيلي الفراولة ثم طبقة أخرى من الكيك وتُكرر الخطوات.
- يُغطى سطح الكيك والجوانب بالكريمة ويُساوي.
- يُزين الكيك بالفراولة الطازجة ثم يُقدم.

طريقة التحضير

• تخفق الجبنة القشدية مع الزبدة والسكر للحصول على قوام قشدي. يضاف صفار البيض وعصير البرتقال ويخلط المزيج.
• يضاف الدقيق والباكينغ باودر والملح وبرش جوز الهند.
• يقرص الخليط إلى كرات بحجم حبات الجوز. تغمس هذه الكرات في برش جوز الهند ثم تصف على ورق بارشمان في صينية خبز.
• تخبز الصينية في فرن حرارته 350 درجة فهرنهايت لمدة 10 دقائق تقريباً حتى تصبح وردية اللون.
• تخرج الصينية من الفرن وتوضع دمعة شوكولا في وسط كل قطعة بسكويت فاترة.
• تترك قطع البسكويت لتبرد وتصبح في حرارة الغرفة.

طريقة التحضير

• لتحضير القطر، يغلى الماء مع السكر لمدة ١٠ دقائق. وحين يبدأ المزيج بالغليان ويصبح كثيفاً قليلاً، يضاف إليه عصير الليمون ويتابع الغلي لمدة دقيقة أو دقيقتين.
• لتحضير المشبّك، يوضع الدقيق في خلاط الطعام مع دقيق الذرة والخميرة الفورية وكمية كافية من الماء للحصول على عجينة رخوة.
• يسخن الزيت جيداً في مقلاة عميقة. توضع العجينة الرخوة في كيس حلويات له رأس معدني عادي وتسكب منه في الزيت الساخن على شكل حبال طويلة متشابكة أثناء قليها في الزيت.
• يخرج المشبّك من الزيت ويغمر في القطر البارد. يقدم المشبّك بارداً أو ساخناً.
• للحصول على قطع ملونة، يغمس طرف من المشبّك في ملون الطعام الأحمر المحضر.

أقدمت موظفة مصرية على أبشع انتقام نسائي، إذ اختطفت زوجة عشيقها، واستأجرت بلطجية لاغتصابها بشكل جماعي أمام عينيها، نكاية فيه بعد أن رفض الزواج منها، برغم استمرار علاقتهما المحرمة لسنوات.

وذكرت تقارير صحافية محلية أن الموظفة التي تقطن في مدينة حلوان (جنوب القاهرة) استأجرت بلطجية لاختطاف زوجة عشيقها، واغتصابها لمدة ثلاثة أيام متواصلة، ثم ألقوا بها عارية في الشارع.

واتصلت الموظفة بعشيقها، وأخبرته بوجود زوجته أمام المنزل بعد اغتصابها للانتقام منه.

وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة أن المتهمة "م.س" موظفة تعرفت على تاجر، زوج المجني عليها، ونشأت بينهما علاقة محرمة، وفى أحد الأيام طلبت الموظفة من التاجر الزواج بها، إلا أنه رفض، وادَّعى خوفه من زوجته لو علمت بالأمر، الأمر الذي دفعها للانتقام منه في شخص زوجته.

وحاول الزوج الاستجابة لرغبة العشيقة بالزواج منها، مقابل ترك زوجته، إلا أنها رفضت وتمسكت باغتصابها أمام عينيها.

وتشهد مصر حوادث انفلات أمني منذ تراجع الأداء الشرطي في أعقاب ثورة الـ25 من يناير التي أطاحت بالرئيس مبارك.

رفضت الفنانة منى زكي الإفصاح عن التيار الذي ستصوت له خلال المرحلة الثانية من الانتخابات البرلمانية، كونها تتبع محافظة الجيزة، لكنها ألمحت إلى أنها لا تخشى الإسلاميين، مؤكدة أن الثورة ما زالت مستمرة، ما يعني أنها تؤيد تحالف "الثورة مستمرة".

وأكدت منى زكي أنها ستشارك في التصويت هذه المرة، موضحة أنها تشعر بسعادة كبيرة من الحالة لايجابية التي يعيشها المصريون وحرصهم الشديد على المشاركة في العملية الانتخابية بغض النظر عن نتيجة الانتخابات أو الأصوات التي تم تسجيلها في صناديق الاقتراع أو الاسماء والتيارات التي تم اختيارها.

وأعلنت منى زكي أنها مقتنعة أن وصول تيارات معينة للفوز في الانتخابات البرلمانية جاء نتيجة لظروف معينة وأمور كثيرة متشابكة ونتيجة لتراكمات معينة، لافتة إلى أن فوز التيارات الإسلامية في المرحلة الأولى لا يقلقها كثيرا، حيث قالت: "لا أشعر بالخوف من التيارات الإسلامية ولا غيرها ولن يجبرني أحد على شيء مهما كان الثمن ولا أرى أن هناك داعيًا للخوف والذعر الذي تم الترويج له في الشارع لأن مصر بلد كبير ولن يقبل أهله بالظلم أو الفساد مرة أخرى خاصة أن الثورة مازالت مستمرة والشعب يراقب جيدًا فلا داعي للقلق.

أما عن نظرتها لمستقبل الفن في ظل تشكيل برلمان مكون من إخوان وسلفيين قالت منى: "مازال الوقت مبكرًا ولا نريد أن نسبق الأحداث ولكن الشيء الوحيد الذي أثق فيه هو أن الفن المصرى بخير. ولن يستطيع أحد أو أي تيار أن يرجعه للخلف لأن مصر كبيرة بكل ما فيها من بشر وحضارة وفن أيضا."

ذكرت مصادر صحفية ان النجمة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي ستحصل على اجر مليوني دولار مقابل القيام ببطولة مسلسل "مولد وصاحبه غايب".

فقد كشفت المصادر أن هيفاء وافقت على بطولة المسلسل نظير هذا المبلغ خاصة انه سيكون أول مسلسل تلفزيوني درامي لها وسيتم عرضه في رمضان المقبل.

ومن المقرر البدء فى تصوير المسلسل بداية 2012، لذلك ستتفرغ تماما له ولن تتعاقد على أى حفلات خارج مصر خلال فترة تصوير المسلسل التي لن تقل عن 6 أشهر.

المسلسل من تأليف مصطفى محرم، ويشاركها البطولة حسن حسني وصفية العمري، وتقوم فيه بدور فتاة فقيرة تعيش في حي شعبي وتعمل راقصة في الموالد.

على صعيد آخر، انتهت هيفاء وهبي من تسجيل أغنية "لو متعصب هدوا" كلمات أحمد مالكي ووزعها أنور عمرو، ومن المفترض طرحها كأغنية "سنجل" لمناسبة عيد الحب.

فضيحة أخلاقية من العيار الثقيل للفنانة ميريام فارس التى اطلت على المشاهدين فى برنامج "وبعدنا مع رابعة" الذي تقدّمه الاعلامية رابعة الزيات عبر شاشة الجديد.

ميريام المشهورة دائما بقضائحها الجنسية على المسرح والهواء مباشرة فاجأت المشاهدين بمشهد جارح للنظر، وتساءلت احداهن على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "هل نسيت ميريام فارس ازرار قميصها في المنزل؟".

ولأن الضيفة معروفة بأناقتها، بالغت رابعة الزيات بدورها بملابسها فرأينا الريش الكثيف على الأكتاف والذي لا يتناسب مع فكرة البرنامج الا وهي الجلسة الشبيهة بالجلسات العائلية او لقاءات الاصدقاء.. فهل بتنا في عصر تتنافس فيه مقدمة البرامج مع الضيفة على خطف الأضواء؟

خطفت "ميلا"، ابنة الفنانة اللبنانية نانسي عجرم، الاهتمام منها على صفحتها في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي؛ إذ تسابق معجبو الفنانة في التعليق على صور الطفلة التي ارتدت ملابس "بابا نويل".

واستقبلت نانسي في صفحتها الكثير من التعليقات على الصورة ، أجمع أصحابها على أن "ميلا" فاقت في جمالها نانسي.
وظهرت ميلا في الصور بصحبة نانسي وخلفهما شجرة عيد الميلاد، التي تحظى بأهمية في احتفالات اللبنانيين بالكريسماس؛ حيث تُوضع شجرة كبيرة في وسط بيروت، إلى جانب الأشجار التي يضعها المواطنون في منازلهم. وشاركت نانسي في إضاءة الشجرة التي توضع وسط بيروت، ووجهت معايدة لجميع اللبنانيين، متمنية أن تكون سنة خير وسلام.
من ناحية أخرى، لا تزال نانسي تضع اللمسات النهائية على ألبومها الجديد الذي يتوقع أن يصدر في بداية العام المقبل، وتتعاون فيه مع نبيل خلف والملحن وليد سعد، كما تشارك حاليًّا في الحملة الدعائية المنادية بحقوق الطفل بمشاركة الفنانيّن كاظم الساهر، وصابر الرباعي، والممثل المصري خالد أبو النجا.

 عبَّرت المخرجة اللبنانية دانيال عربيد عن غضبها من منع الجهات الرقابية فيلمها الجديد "بيروت هوتيل" الذي كان مقررًا عرضه في بيروت 19 يناير/كانون الثاني المقبل.

وقالت عربيد، في صفحتها على "فيس بوك" إنها لن تستسلم، وستناضل من أجل عرض الفيلم في الصالات اللبنانية، أو ستتوقف نهائيًّا عن إخراج أي فيلم لبناني آخر. وأضافت أنها ليست المرة الأولى التي يُمنَع فيها فيلم في لبنان.

وكان الأمن اللبناني قد منع مؤخرًا عرض فيلم "بيروت هوتيل" بحجة أنه يعرِّض الأمن الوطني للخطر؛ فقد تناول قضية سياسية شائكة (اغتيال الحريري)، وفيه مشاهد جنسية جريئة، أدتها الممثلة دارين حمزة التي ظهرت في الفيلم "عارية".

الفيلم يدور حول لبناني يقول إنه يملك قرصًا مدمجًا يتضمَّن معلومات مهمة للغاية عن قضية اغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري، ويعرض معلوماته على المخابرات الفرنسية في بيروت مقابل منحه حق اللجوء السياسي.

في الوقت نفسه، هنالك فتاة لبنانية تدعى "زهى" تتعرَّف إلى فرنسي يقطن في فندق ببيروت، فتجمعها به علاقة عاطفية ينتج منها لقاءات حميمة افتقرت إليها مع زوجها الذي يقيم علاقات غرامية خارج الزواج.

واقترح زوار في "فيس بوك" على المخرجة اللبنانية بثه على الإنترنت؛ حتى يصل إلى الناس جميعًا، منددين بما اعتبروه قمعًا ثقافيًّا وفكريًّا.

من جهتها، استنكرت جمعية "إعلاميون ضد العنف" قرار المنع تحت ذريعة أنه يعرض الأمن اللبناني للخطر؛ ما يوحي وكأن الوضع في لبنان هش إلى درجة أن فيلم "بيروت هوتيل" سيطيح بالاستقرار ويعيد الحرب الأهلية.

واعتبرت الجمعية أن هذه الذريعة لا تُعتبَر توصيفًا دقيقًا للواقع اللبناني بأنه كالجمر تحت الرماد. وشددت على موقفها الثابت برفض كل أنواع الرقابة المسبقة التي تسيء لحرية الرأي والتعبير في لبنان.

فيلم "بيروت هوتيل" هو إنتاج فرنسي - لبناني مشترك. وقد تعرض لانتقادات لاذعة أثناء عرضه في مهرجان "نامور" للأفلام الفرانكفونية ببلجيكا؛ بسبب وجود مشاهد جنسية وعدم تصنيفه "للكبار فقط".

توفي الفنان أحمد سامي عبد الله مساء اليوم الاثنين عن عمر يناهز 81 عاما.

ويعتبر أشهر أدوار الفنان الراحل دور عم مجاهد (بائع الفول) في فيلم الكيت كات، والذي قدمه في 1991.

وبشكل عام فقد قدم عبد الله 60 عملا، ما بين السينما والشاشة الصغيرة، كان أخرهم فيلم حسن ومرقص في 2008 ومسلسل عايزة أتجوز في 2010.

واشتهر سامي عبد الله بدور الانسان الطيب في السينما المصرية على مدى أعوامه الـ32 في الحياة الفنية.

أكدت غادة عبد الرازق أن الفترة الصعبة التي عاشتها بسبب وضع اسمها في القوائم السوداء بعد ثورة 25 يناير؛ كانت سببًا في اقترابها من خطيبها الكاتب محمد فودة، موضحةً أن حفل زفافهما سيكون عائليًّا؛ سيقتصر على عدد محدود من الأهل والأصدقاء.

وفي الوقت نفسه، قللت غادة عبد الرازق من أهمية حملات المقاطعة التي يتعرض لها فيلمها "ريكلام" بسبب موقفها من الثورة، معتبرةً ما يُروَّج دعايةً مجانيةً لها، حسب صحيفة "الدستور" المصرية.

وقالت "غادة": "محمد فودة احتواني كإنسانة، واكتشفت حجم الطيبة داخله؛ فهو رجل "جدع" و"صاحب صاحبه"، بالإضافة إلى أنه يحترم مشاعري".

من جهة أخرى، أشارت غادة إلى أنها ستبدأ في بداية شهر يناير/كانون الثاني المقبل؛ تصوير مسلسلها الجديد "مع سبق الإصرار"؛ فقد انتهى المؤلف أيمن سلامة من كتابة 10 حلقات، مؤكدةً أنها تعقد جلسات عمل مع المؤلف والمخرج محمد سامي، حسب صحيفة "المصري اليوم".

وأضافت: "دوري في المسلسل مختلف عن كل أدواري السابقة. والشخصية التي سأجسِّدها على الشاشة ستُخرج كل ما بداخلي من طاقة، وستكون مفاجأة للجمهور. والعمل يشارك في بطولته ماجد المصري وروجينا وميار الغيطي ومحمد شومان".

وقالت غادة: "انتهيت مؤخرًا من تصوير فيلم "ريكلام" الذي تدور أحداثه حول  فتيات من مختلف الطبقات الاجتماعية؛ هن: "شادية" التي أجسِّد دورها. وهي شخصية محورية تجمعها الظروف بعلاقة صداقة مع "ديدي" التي تجسد شخصيتها رانيا يوسف، بالإضافة إلى الفنانة علا رامي التي تجسد دور قوادة تستغل ظروف الفتيات وحياتهن الاجتماعية الصعبة، وتستخدمهن في أعمال منافية للآداب.

وحول حملات المقاطعة التي تعرض لها الفيلم، أوضحت غادة أنها "لن أتعب نفسي في الرد على حملات المقاطعة؛ فهذا الأمر لا يهمني. وعمومًا، الهجوم على الفيلم بهذا الشكل قبل عرضه يؤكد أن أصحابه يسعون إلى الشهرة. بس برضه كفاية أنهم عملوا دعاية مجانية للفيلم".

 يجري المنتج عصام شعبان اتصالات مكثفة مع الفنانة شيريهان لإقناعها بالعودة إلى التمثيل من خلال مسلسل ينتجه لرمضان المقبل، وطلب من المنتجة إسعاد يونس التدخل لدى شيريهان بحكم علاقتهما الوثيقة لإقناعها بالعودة.

المعروف أن آخر عمل قدمته شيريهان كان فيلم العشق والدم قبل عشر سنوات، وبعده غابت عن التمثيل تماماً رغم المحاولات الكثيرة التي أجريت لإقناعها بالعودة.

ستبدأ الشابة سحر الشمراني في شهر فبراير المقبل رحلة إلى القطب المتجمد الجنوبي، هي الأولى لفتاة سعودية.

الشمراني التي ولدت في جدة، كانت قد تواصلت مع شركة متخصصة في مجال الرحلات إلى القطب الجنوبي، وقررت خوض التجربة، معتبرة أنها مغامرة شائقة، والأهم بالنسبة لها هو أن تكون أول من يرفع علم دولتها في ذلك الجزء من العالم.

وفي حديث خصت به "العربية.نت" قالت الشمراني إن الفكرة بدأت عندما التقت الإماراتية دانة الحمادي، والتي ذهبت إلى القطب الجنوبي خلال هذا العام، وعندما رأت صورها هناك بين بياض الثلج، زاد حماسها، وتساءلت: لماذا لستُ أنا؟

تقول الشمراني: بدأت التواصل مع الشركة البريطانية - الأمريكية 2041 المتخصصة في هذا النوع من الرحلات، ووجدت تجاوباً رائعاً من قبلهم، مما زاد حماسي للتجربة، بحكم أنهم يفتقدون للعنصر السعودي، والعربي عموماً، في رحلاتهم السنوية للقطب الجنوبي.

وتضيف: أعلم أن الرحلة ليست سهلة، وستسبقها سلسلة من برامج التهيئة البدنية والنفسية والغذائية، وقد بدأت هذه البرامج فعلاً، تحت إشراف نفس الشركة، وكل الأمور ممتازة حتى الآن.

17 يوماً

وحول تقبل أسرتها للفكرة تقول سحر: "أبي وأمي تحمَّسا للفكرة، وراضيان تماماً عن خوضي لهذه التجربة، والحقيقة أن الكثير من الجهات الرسمية والخاصة شجعتني، وقدموا لي الدعم المادي والمعنوي اللازمين، وكذلك الهيئة العليا للسياحة بالسعودية، والتي ستكون في استقبالي في الرياض بعد عودتي من القطب الجنوبي، حيث سأعقد مؤتمراً صحفياً مشتركاً معهم".

وحول برنامج الرحلة صرحت الشمراني لـ"العربية.نت" بأن الرحلة ستبدأ بالسفر إلى البرازيل منتصف الشهر القادم، وتقول: "هناك سأتلقى تدريبات مكثفة تتعلق بالتحمُّل، والغذاء، والأخطار المرتقبة، ومن بعدها سأسافر إلى الأرجنتين لألتقي ببقية الأعضاء المشاركين في الرحلة، وعددهم 93 شخصاً من مختلف دول العالم، ثم سنسافر عبر البحر إلى القطب الجنوبي، وسنمكث هناك قرابة الـ17 يوماً".

وتضيف: "أخطط لأن تكون هذه الرحلة رسالة مني إلى العالم أجمع، بأن الفتاة السعودية قادرة على المستحيل، وأعمل حالياً على إعداد ملفات مختلفة عن إنجازات المملكة، والمرأة السعودية على وجه الخصوص، لأعرضها على المشاركين خلال الرحلة، وسألتزم بحجابي، وسأتصرف كما لو كنت سفيرة للسعودية في هذه المنطقة من العالم".

وذكرت الشمراني أنها ستوثق الرحلة كاملة بالفيديو، معتبرة التجربة برمتها واجباً وطنياً، سيبقى مصدر إلهام للأجيال القادمة.

- عدم استخدام الإضاءة في الغرفة ، ليسترخي جسمك ويستطيع إفراز هرمون " السيتروتونين" الذي يجعل نومك طبيعياً، ويمدّك بالنشاط والحيوية صباحاً.

- تجنّبي تناول الوجبات الدسمة قبل النوم بثلاث ساعات لأنها تؤثّر على قدرة الجسم على الاسترخاء والخلود إلى النوم.

- تجنّبي شرب السوائل التي تحتوي على الكافيين " الشاي والقهوة والمشروبات الغازية "  لأنها تسبّب الأرق، خصوصاً في نهاية النهار.

دعت عائشة القذافي، من منفاها في الجزائر، الشعب الليبي الى الثورة ضد المجلس الوطني الانتقالي. موقف عائشة ذكّرنا برغد صدام حسين التي انشق زوجها عن أبيها، وأعدمه صدّام، لكنها لم ترفض ما فعله والدها، واعتبرت ما حصل سوء تفاهم، وتالياً اتهمتها حكومة المالكي بدعم المسلحين السنّة في العراق. أصرف النظر الآن عن جرائم صدام والقذافي، وغضب الليبيين من الحديث عن موقف عائشة، وأصرف النظر عن قسوة رغد، وموقف حكومة المالكي منها. تأمّل صورة البنت في ثقافتنا ووجداننا، تذكّر اننا نتحدث عن البنات وليس السياسة.

نظرة العرب الى البنت مؤسفة، وموقفهم منها ما زال يجسّد الآية الكريمة في سورة النحل، «وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالأُنثَى ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدّاً وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ». العربيّ ما برح يعتقد بأن البنت مكسورة الجناح، وفرصة للعار، وقطيعة للنسب، وموتها رحمة، وقديماً، كلما عزّت النساء أسرة فقدت ابنتها رددن، الحمد لله على القدر، موت البنات من المكرمات. تغيّرت العبارة، وبقي الموقف.

قبل سنوات، وفي بهو فندق أوروبي جلس إلى جانبي رجل أميركي. خلال حديثنا جاءت ابنتي سارة برفقة شقيقتها الصغيرة زين، تحدثتا معي بمرح، وانصرفتا. التفت الاميركي إليّ وسأل: ابنتاك؟ قلت نعم. سأل: هل تحب البنات؟ قلت له، لماذا تسأل؟ رد، زوجتي حامل ببنت. هل كنت تتطلع الى ولد؟ سألته فأجاب نعم، تمنيت ان يكون ولداً. قلت له اسمع، البنت مثل الكلب، والولد مثل القط، يأكل ويجري. والبنت تعود إليك بوالد آخر هو زوجها، وتبقى تحيط بك مثل أم حنون. رد الأميركي: أُحب ذلك. ودخلنا في حوار طويل حول وفاء البنت وعظمتها. شبَّهتُ البنت بالنخلة، والولد بفحل النخل، منظره جميل، لكنه غير مثمر. قلت له: مَنْ لا يُرزَق ببنت لا يعرف طعم الأبوّة.

تأمّل وفاء عائشة ورغد، وشجاعتهما في الدفاع عن والديهما. تأمّل مراجل البنات. بعد هذا، أليس واجباً علينا ان نكنّى بأسماء بناتنا، وننتخي بأسماء أمهاتنا وأخواتنا؟ تباً لثقافة تحتقر البنت.
